1. Introduction
Payments are processed securely through Lemon Squeezy (our Merchant of Record). StayTemplates handles product support, delivery questions, and refund requests directly.
2. Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods (HTML email templates), once a product has been purchased and the clean HTML file has been downloaded or unlocked, the sale is considered final. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once the download link has been accessed.
3. European Union 14-Day Right to Withdrawal
For residents of the European Union, by purchasing and choosing to access or download the digital product immediately, you express your consent to waive your standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal/cancellation for digital content.
4. Exceptions & Issues
We want you to be completely satisfied. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
• The digital file is proven to be corrupted and cannot be downloaded/accessed.
• The product description was demonstrably misleading.
Please note: minor visual differences in how a template is rendered across different email clients (e.g. Gmail, Outlook, Apple Mail, Yahoo, mobile apps) are inherent to HTML email and do not constitute a defect. Every template is tested and optimized for the widest possible compatibility, but pixel-perfect parity in every legacy or regional client cannot be guaranteed. We strongly recommend sending a test to your own inbox before your first campaign.
