1. Introduction
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.
2. Digital Product Policy
Due to the nature of digital goods (HTML email templates), once a product has been purchased and the clean HTML file has been downloaded or unlocked, the sale is considered final. Therefore, we generally do not offer refunds or exchanges once the download link has been accessed.
3. European Union 14-Day Right to Withdrawal
For residents of the European Union, by purchasing and choosing to access or download the digital product immediately, you express your consent to waive your standard 14-day statutory right of withdrawal/cancellation for digital content.
4. Exceptions & Issues
We want you to be completely satisfied. Refund requests will be considered on a case-by-case basis under the following conditions:
• The digital file is proven to be corrupted and cannot be downloaded/accessed.
• The product description was demonstrably misleading.
